We are happy when you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from LYNYER. In the event you are not, we accept returns on any item, except sale or discounted items.

Our Returns Policy
Returns
- Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging

GCC : Free Returns available, must be sent via a trackable service by customer . Items lost in transit remain the customer’s responsibility.

International ( not GCC): $45 return fee deducted from refund
Items purchase of sale or discount are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–15 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late returns will be issued as store credit.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
