Made in Lebanon for Lebanon
On the afternoon of the 4th of August, a massive explosion shook Lebanon’s capital, Beirut. The Lebanese authorities have claimed that at least 140 people lost their lives, more than 5,000 were wounded and more than 300,000 have become homeless. The explosion has left kilometres of destruction in the neighbouring area with a total loss for both residential and commercial buildings. LYNYER’s craftsman’s workshop , where we make most of our jewellery, has also been demolished.
In response to this tragedy, we have curated a ‘’Made in Lebanon’’ edit. The edit includes all the jewellery pieces that are handmade by our artisans in the country, where a 100% of the proceeds will be donated to support vetted and accredited NGOs who are helping rebuild our beautiful Beirut and are supporting affected communities.
The ‘’Made in Lebanon’’ edit is now live, and all proceeds will be collected until the end of September 2020.
Help us rebuild Beirut and help us keep our craftsman’s business going by making a conscious purchase of pieces that have been handcrafted with love in Beirut
You can also donate to trusted the following trusted NGOs that are working tirelessly on the ground:
