Our Jewellery 

Where are you based & where do you ship from?

The Lynyer team is  global ! Our head-office is in Singapore, our warehouse is in the United Kingdom, and some of our team members are in Lebanon. We ship out of our UK Warehouse. For more details on Shipping please refer to our shipping page.

Who designs & makes your jewellery ?

Our jewellery is co-designed by our founder Leen and the talented artisans we work with.

Do you have ethical labour practices?

Our jewellery is made by artisans based in Beirut, Lebanon and Jaipur, India. We only work with small family owned businesses to help support and give back to the artisanal community.

Are the earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Our jewellery is crafted from natural metals. We use only brass, silver and 24 karat gold, therefore all our pieces are nickel free. 

We also make sure that all our earrings are light , even our statement ones! 

Why does the metal post of my earrings bend easily? Will this break?

Our products are made using high quality natural metals such as brass, gold and silver . Most metals are malleable and can be bent and shaped without breaking. It is the nature of the metal we work with and please be assured we will not compromise on the quality. 


Your Orders

Ordered the wrong item

We process orders as soon as you submit them so we can ship them to you fast. Once your order has been dispatched, cancelling your order is not possible. Alternatively, please refer to our returns policy


Change in shipping address

Please contact support@lynyer.com as soon as possible to change your shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched, charges may apply.

Discount & promotions

I signed up for your newsletter but never received the discount code?

Please search for LYNYER in your spam or junk mail. If you still can’t find it, contact support@lynyer.com for the discount code.


Why is my discount code not working?

All promotions are limited to specified dates and times and cannot be applied to sale items or shipping charges.

Returns

Why is my return request rejected?

Our return policy is 15 days from the date of order delivered. We do not accept returns after that. Please refer to our return/refund policy for more information. 

Customs Duty charges

I just found out I have to pay customs in my country. Can I cancel my order shipment?

First, we are very sorry about that, we wish we could change the rules around customs especially after brexit!  But we can’t. 

We make it very clear on our website that we do not handle customs to avoid any confusion. 

Once an order has been dispatched, you can’t cancel the order. To return the package, you need to receive the delivery and go through the return process.

Gifting

Do you offer special packaging to send my orders as a gift?

All our jewellery comes packaged in a lovely padded box and stamped pouch, a care card with information about our brand and jewellery care instructions.  We are working on offering a more customized option for you. We will be back with an update soon!

Showroom/Physical store

Do you have any showroom or physical store I could visit?

You will find our full collection on our website, where you can receive your order within 5 working days worldwide. 

We are available at select boutiques internationally as well. Click here for our stockists list.
