We are happy when you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from LYNYER. In the event you are not, we accept returns on any item, except final sale items.
Need to return something?
Please follow the following steps
- Please click on this link here to start your return process
- Fill out with information required using your email and order number
- Our customer support team will be in touch within 48 hours with the shipping label
- Print the label and use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s)
- Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used.
Our Returns Policy
- Items must be mailed and returned within 15 days from date of order delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when first received
- We offer free returns for domestic orders within the UK
- International returns cost a flat £35 fee, which will be deducted from the refund value
- Please ship your returns within 5 days of receiving your label. Late returns mean you will be refunded with store credit.
- We do not offer a refund for shipping costs
- Payment refund will be processed within 5-15 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
