RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns Policy
- Items must be mailed and returned within 15 days from date of order delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when first received
- UK returns cost a flat £12 fee per order, which will be deducted from the refund value
- International returns cost a flat £40 fee per order, which will be deducted from the refund value
- Items purchased on SALE or OFFER are not eligible for returns.
- Please ship your returns within 5 days of receiving your label. Late returns mean you will be refunded with store credit.
- We do not offer a refund for shipping costs
- Payment refund will be processed within 5-15 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner

- Print the label and use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s)
- Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our jewellery is made from naturally sourced metals. We only use brass, silver, and 24-karat gold, so they are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. We also ensure that all our pieces are light, even our statement ones!
The Lynyer team is global ! Our head-office is in Singapore, our warehouse is in the United Kingdom, and some of our team members are in Lebanon. We ship orders out of our UK Warehouse.
